Iowa State football: Nebraska rivalry comes to an end I didn't realize they have met 105 times and now Saturday will break one of 3 oldest rivalries . My first ISU game was against Nebraska and we left at towards the beginning of the forth quarter with Nebraska winning 44-0....since then I've seen us beat them several times, but the old Nebraska is back.

ISU basketball starts tomorrow night.

No school today and tomorrow...conferences

Austin had tryouts for Kingdom Hoops yesterday and made the 2nd national team, I'm torn on this one, great for him....except for the time commitment and $.......

Two conference wins in a row......turning the corner? I doubt it, but we did beat #19 Texas at their home(first time ever)....Big test this Saturday against Nebraska. I would just like to have a decent showing....

Finally got to hand out Halloween candy on Saturday for the first time. What a blast! Most of the kids were adorable, appreciative, and/or bashful...their was a handful that were "Wheres the candy!" Blaise went as a ghost....
